How long does the motor last on a full charge?
On a singular full charge, our motors are guaranteed to last up to 6 months, depending on the frequency of usage per day.
Can I control all my blinds with one remote?
Our multi-channel remotes can control up to 5 different blinds. You can control each blind individually with the same remote, or even control them all at the same time!
Can I control my blinds with my mobile phone?
Yes, our motors can be controlled with your mobile phone. However in order to do so, the motor must also be paired with our Smart Hub connected to your home's wi-fi network.
What blinds are the motors compatible with?
Our motors are compatible with all roller blinds with a tube diameter of 38mm or 1 1/2 inches. We recommend using our motors for blinds up to 2.5m inn width. For larger blinds, we are currently developing a more powerful motor.
